2012至2021年中国电力行业工伤事故发生率和死亡率变化趋势

Trends of industrial accidents in China′s power industry from 2012 to 2021

目的:探讨近10年来中国电力行业工伤事故发生率和死亡率的变化趋势。方法:收集2012至2021年全国电力行业工伤事故和从业人数数据,运用Joinpoint回归对事故发生率和死亡率的变化趋势进行分析。结果:2012至2021年电力行业工伤事故发生例数、死亡例数、伤残人数整体降低。2012年发生事故54例,死亡151人,2021年发生事故19例,死亡19人。2012至2021年事故发生率的平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)为-18.121%(95%CI:-26.779%~-8.440%)。2012至2017年事故发生率的年度变化百分比(APC)为-8.339%(95%CI:-23.003%~9.161%);2017至2021年事故发生率的APC为-28.895%(95%CI:-44.462%~-8.964%)。2012至2021年事故死亡率的AAPC为-23.342%(95%CI:-31.824%~-13.805%)。2012至2017年事故死亡率的APC为-19.465%(95%CI:-32.955%~-3.261%);2017至2021年事故死亡率的APC为-27.927%(95%CI:-44.387%~-6.595%)。结论:2012至2021年中国电力行业工伤事故发生率和死亡率总体呈下降趋势,2017年后下降速度加快。

Aim:To investigate the trend of the incidence and mortality of industrial accidents in China′s power industry in the past 10 years.Methods:The accident and employment data of the national power industry from 2012 to 2021 were collected,and the temporal trend of accident incidence and mortality was analyzed by using Joinpoint regression.Results:From 2012 to 2021,the number of accidents,deaths and disabilities in the power industry decreased overall.There were 54 accidents in 2012,resulting in 151 deaths,and 19 accidents and 19 deaths in 2021.From 2012 to 2021,the average annual change percentage(AAPC)of the accident occurrence rate was-18.121%(95%CI:-26.779%--8.440%).The annual change percentage(APC)of the accident occurrence rate was-8.339%(95%CI:-23.003%~9.161%)from 2012 to 2017,and-28.895%(95%CI:-44.462%--8.964%)from 2017 to 2021.From 2012 to 2021,the AAPC of the accident mortality was-23.342%(95%CI:-31.824%--13.805%).The APC of accident mortality was-19.465%(95%CI:-32.955%--3.261%)from 2017 to 2021,and-27.927%(95%CI:-44.387%--6.595%)from 2017 to 2021.Conclusion:From 2012 to 2021,the incidence and mortality of industrial accidents in China′s power industry showed an overall downward trend,and the decline accelerated after 2017.
