乙烯利多步连续合成工艺研究

摘要 乙烯利是一种环保型植物生长调节剂,传统生产工艺采用搪玻璃反应釜以间歇方式生产,存在生产周期长、安全风险高、产品纯度低、产品颜色深等缺点。以采用超限制造技术加工的特殊结构芯片反应器为主反应器,采用多步连续合成方式合成乙烯利,酯化反应中三氯化磷转化率达到99.9%,反应选择性超过95%,环氧乙烷单耗为0.53;重排反应中原料转化率和反应选择性均超过98%。反应安全得到极大提升,生产周期由24 h缩减为15 min,产品颜色由棕黑色提升为淡黄色至无色透明。 Ethephon is an environment-friendly plant growth regulator.The traditional production process uses glasslined reactor to produce the product intermittently,which has some shortcomings such as long production cycle,high safety risk,low product purity and dark product color.In this paper,the special structure chip reactor processed by over-limit manufacturing technique was studied as the main reactor and ethephon was synthesized by multi-step continuous synthesis.The conversion rate of phosphorus trichloride in esterification reaction reached 99.9%,the reaction selectivity reached more than 95%,and the unit consumption of ethylene oxide was 0.53.The conversion rate of raw materials and reaction selectivity of rearrangement reaction reached over 98%.The reaction safety was greatly improved,the production cycle was reduced from 24 h to 15 min,and the product color was improved from brownish black to light yellow to colorless and transparent.
