摘要
反应-再生系统是流化床丙烷脱氢的核心,脱氢反应和催化剂烧焦再生均在此完成,设置与该系统高度匹配、调控品质高的自动控制方案将极大地提升该系统的运行稳定性与安全性。对于FBD工艺反应-再生系统的自动控制方案,针对被控变量、操纵变量选取不合理,部分控制方案过于简单等问题进行分析,提出了更加合理、精准的自动控制方案。
The reaction and regeneration system is the core of a fluidized bed unit for propane dehydrogenation,where the dehydrogenation reaction and catalyst coking regeneration are completed.Setting up an automatic control scheme that highly matches the system and has high control quality will greatly improve the operational stability and safety of the system.For the automatic control scheme of the reaction and regeneration system for FBD process,this paper analyzes the problems such as unreasonable selection of controlled and manipulated variables,and some control schemes are too simple,and proposes a more reasonable and accurate automatic control scheme.
