摘要
针对14040回风巷沿空巷道煤帮变形严重问题,分析了煤帮变形破坏机制,提出采用注浆锚索以改善煤帮支护效果,根据14040回风巷现场条件设计了支护优化方案,通过FLAC^(3D)模拟研究了巷道围岩变形破坏情况。现场监测数据表明,采用支护优化方案后,煤帮变形得到了良好的控制,巷道变形量较小,顶底板移近量为52 mm,两帮移近量为56 mm。研究成果可为类似条件沿空巷道煤帮支护工作提供工程借鉴。
In view of the serious problem of coal wall deformation in the gob-side entry of 14040 return air roadway,the deformation and failure mechanism of the coal wall is analyzed,and the grouting anchor cable is proposed to improve the supporting effect of the coal wall.The supporting optimization scheme is designed according to the site conditions of 14040 return air roadway,and the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway are studied through FLAC^(3D) simulation.The field monitoring data shows that the deformation of the coal wall has been well controlled after the supporting optimization scheme is adopted.The roadway deformation is small,with the roof and floor approaching amount of 52 mm and the two sides approaching amount of 56 mm.The research results can provide engineering reference for gob-side entry supporting work under similar conditions.
