磷酸铁生产废水零排放处理技术研究与应用

Research and application of zero discharge treatment technology for ferric phosphate production wastewater

针对新能源行业磷酸铁生产排放的母液、洗水,采用预处理、膜浓缩、MVR蒸发工艺对废水进行分质处理,得到工业净水和工业硫酸铵,实现了废水零排放、污染物资源化利用,应用过程中体现了工艺定制化、节能化,运行稳定化、低成本化的特点。

For the mother liquor and washing water discharged from the production of ferric phosphate in the new en-ergy industry,pretreatment,membrane concentration and MVR evaporation processes are used to treat the wastewater separately to obtain industrial purified water and industrial ammonium sulfate.It realizes zero discharge of was-tewater and resourceization of pollutants.The application process of this project reflects the characteristics of cus-tomized process,energy-saving,stable operation and low-cost.
