摘要
旋光法作为一种简单并且快速的测量具有旋光性的透明液体浓度的方法,其仪器简单,操作方便,计算准确且实验成本较低,是一种理想的测量方法。以具有旋光性的葡萄糖溶液为例,设计了低成本不透光管来规避环境光对测量结果的影响,并针对葡萄糖溶液的特性及不同种类葡萄糖溶液的旋光率不同等问题进行研究,最终实现了葡萄糖溶液浓度的测量。此外,本文还提出了一种测量具有旋光性的透明液体浓度的通用方法。
As a simple and fast method to measure the concentration of transparent liquid with optical activity,polarimetry is an ideal measurement method with simple instrument,convenient operation,accurate calculation and low experimental cost.In this study,the glucose solution with optical activity is taken as an example to measure the concentration of glucose solution according to the characteristics of glucose solution and the different optical activity of different glucose solutions.The relative error of glucose solution concentration measured by the self built experimental system is within 2%,which shows that this experimental system has achieved a high precision measurement of glucose solution concentration,with high reliability.In addition,this chapter has developed a general method for measuring the concentration of transparent liquid with optical activity.
