摘要
加工生产中经常需要测量黏滞液体的浓度,以甘油为例,采用黏滞系数实验装置,利用Matlab强大的数据处理和图形可视化功能,将测量得到的不同浓度的甘油黏滞系数进行数据拟合,得出浓度和黏滞系数的关系式,并将未参与数据拟合的99%浓度的黏滞系数代入拟合得到的关系式中,计算得到的浓度和已知浓度做对比,给出相对误差,检验拟合关系式。结果显示,拟合关系式可以用于测量未知甘油的浓度,此方法可以推广到其他黏滞液体的浓度测量。
It is often necessary to measure the concentration of viscous liquid in processing and production.Taking glycerol as an example,the viscosity coefficient experiment device is adopted,and the powerful data processing and graphic visualization function of matlab is used to carry out data fitting for the viscosity coefficient of glycerol of different concentrations measured,and the relationship between concentration and viscosity coefficient is obtained.Moreover,the viscosity coefficient of 99%concentration that is not involved in data fitting is substituted into the fitting relation,the calculated concentration is compared with the known concentration,the relative error is given,and the fitting relation is tested.The results show that the fitting relation can be used to measure the concentration of unknown glycerol,and the method can be extended to other viscous liquids.
