摘要
针对管廊管道泄漏检测不及时、效率低等问题,提出了3种基于分布式光纤测温(distributed temperature sensing,DTS)技术的管道泄漏检测方案,并应用模型试验对3种检测系统检测漏点的温度特征进行研究。结果表明:光纤沿管道以螺旋式缠绕布设,光纤布设量较少,可较为精确地对检测范围内的多漏点进行捕捉和定位,并可通过调整光纤缠绕螺距(y)和光纤倾斜角度(θ)提高精度;光纤沿管壁平行三线式与八线式布设检测效果稳定,八线式光纤布设对漏点定位精度较高,但光纤布设量大。综合光纤贴壁式与螺旋式布设检测结果,提出了针对管廊管道泄漏检测系统的优化方案。研究成果可为给排水管道泄漏中分布式检测提出新方案。
Three pipeline leak detection schemes based on distributed temperature sensing(DTS)technology were proposed as a countermeasure to the problems related to untimely and inefficient pipeline leak detection in pipe corridors.The temperature characteristics of three detection systems to detect leakage points were studied by application model test.The results show that the optical fiber is laid along the pipeline in a spiral winding,the amount of optical fiber layout is small,the multi-leakage point within the detection range can be more accurately captured and located,and the accuracy is improved by adjusting the fiber winding pitch(y)and the optical fiber tilt angle(θ);the detection effect of the parallel three-wire and eight-wire layout of the optical fiber along the pipe wall is stable,and the eight-wire optical fiber layout has a high accuracy of the leakage point,but the amount of optical fiber layout is large.An optimization scheme for the pipeline leakage detection system of the pipe corridor is proposed based on the comprehensive fiber wall and spiral layout detection results.The research results can pave a new avenue for the distributed detection of drainage pipe leakage species.
