近年来,中国司法大数据应用建设主要聚焦在平台建设、数据汇聚整理、大数据应用推广三个方面。其中,平台建设为数据汇聚提供了基础,数据汇聚为大数据应用提供了前提,大数据应用则催生了新的平台。近五年来,中国司法大数据应用建设取得了辉煌的成绩,包括但不限于建成了基于大数据智能服务的审判支持系统和数据共享交换系统,完善了司法审判信息资源库,各级法院大数据分析系统广泛应用。总结中国法院司法大数据发展逻辑,可以将其归纳为:司法大数据发展方向遵循顶层设计,司法大数据发展的初衷是服务审判管理,司法大数据建设的出发点和落脚点是服务人民。未来,中国司法大数据应用向纵深迈进应当进一步加强理论研究,强化顶层设计;完善制度规范,维护司法公正;打破数字壁垒,服务人民群众。

In recent years,China’s judicial big data application construction mainly focuses on three aspects:platform construction,data aggregation,and big data application promotion.Among them,platform construction provides the foundation for data aggregation,data aggregation provides the premise for big data application,and big data application gives birth to new platforms.In the past five years,China’s judicial big data has made brilliant achievements,including but not limited to the establishment of a trial support system and data sharing and exchange system based on big data intelligent services,the improvement of judicial trial information resources,and the wide application of big data analysis systems in courts at all levels.Summarizing the development logic of judicial big data in Chinese courts,it can be summarized as follows:the development direction of judicial big data follows the top-level design,the original intention of judicial big data development is to serve trial management,and the starting point and destination of judicial big data construction is the people.In the future,China’s judicial big data should further strengthen theoretical research,strengthen top-level design,improve system norms,safeguard judicial justice,break digital barriers,and serve the people.
