社区共同体视角下的应急语言服务体系构建

Building an Emergency Language Service System from the Perspective of Community Cohesion

当全球公共卫生事件发生时,社区作为社会治理的重心,在应急管理方面发挥着不可小觑的作用,如何利用社区共同体理论来提高语言服务的效率和质量显得尤为关键。基于此,本文以社区共同体为理论视角、以日本社区应急语言服务为分析案例,从理论和实践两个方面出发,结合日本社区应急语言服务体系的优点,提出构建中国社区共同体型应急语言服务体系的思路和建议。

When global public health emergencies occur,communities,as the focus of social governance,play an indispensable role in emergency management.It is crucial to use the theory of community cohesion to improve the efficiency and quality of language services.Based on this,this paper takes the theory of community cohesion as the theoretical perspective and uses the Japanese community emergency language service system as an analysis case.Starting from both theory and practice,combined with the advantages of the Japanese community emergency language service system,this paper proposes ideas and suggestions for building a Chinese community cohesion-based emergency language service system.
