新形势下贵州省高速公路服务区发展模式探索与思考

Exploration and reflection on the development mode of expressway service area in Guizhou Province under the new situation

随着贵州经济社会的发展,高速公路建设已从快速发展阶段进入高质量发展阶段。如何利用已有的交通优势,将高速公路服务区建设与文化旅游、现代农业、产业园区融合起来,发挥区域经济辐射拉动作用,已成为新形势下“路衍经济”发展的重要研究方向。本文通过分析,提出服务区开发利用的主要原则,并结合贵州发展实际提出服务区发展思路,总结出服务区打造文旅景观类、特色产业类、物流仓储类、桥旅融合类四个方向,从绑定产业和景区、引导消费需求、创新运营模式等角度探索服务区发展路径,最后分析目前贵州省已经实施的成功案例,为全国服务区发展提供参考和样板。

With the rapid development of Guizhou’s economy and society,highway construction has entered the stage of high-quality development from the stage of rapid development.How tomake use of the existing transportation advantages,integrate the construction of expressway service areas with cultural tourism,modern agriculture and industrial parks,and give play to the role of regional economic radiation,has become an important research direction for the development of“Highway derivative”.Through analysis,this paper puts forward themain principles of the development and utilization of the service area,puts forward the development ideas of the service area in combination with the actual development of Guizhou,summarizes the four directions of building the cultural tourism landscape,characteristic industries,logistics warehousing and Bridge tourism integration in the service area,and explores the development path of the service area from the perspectives of binding industries and scenic spots,guiding consumer demand and innovating operationmode.Finally,by introducing the successful cases that have been implemented in Guizhou Province at present,Provide reference and model for the development of national service areas.
