摘要
针对不同钢渣掺量下OGFC-13沥青混合料的相关性能展开试验与应用研究。室内试验表明:在钢渣掺量不断增加的情况下,钢渣沥青混合料在高温稳定性能、水稳定性能及抗滑性能三方面均呈先增大后降低的趋势,当钢渣掺量为60%时,动稳定度、残留稳定度与冻融劈裂强度比均达到了最大值,高温稳定性能显著提升,且具备较好的抗水损坏性能;抗滑性能在钢渣掺量为20%时达到最大值,综合路用性能试验结果,建议工程应用中钢渣的最佳掺量取60%。工程应用实例表明:钢渣在透水路面中的实际应用效果优异,渗水系数、摩擦系数及抗滑值(BPN)较大。
The performance of OGFC-13 asphaltmixture with different steel slag content was tested and studied.The indoor tests show that with the increase of steel slag content,the high-temperature stability,water stability and anti sliding performance of steel slag asphaltmixture increase first and then decrease.When the steel slag content is 60%,the dynamic stability,residual stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of the asphaltmixture reach themaximum value,the high-temperature stability of the asphaltmixture is significantly improved,and the asphaltmixture has good water damage resistance;The anti sliding performance of asphaltmixture reaches themaximum when the steel slag content is 20%.Based on the comprehensive test and engineering application,it is suggested that the optimum content of steel slag in asphaltmixture should be 60%.The engineering application example shows that the actual application effect of steel slag in permeable pavement is excellent,and the permeability coefficient,friction coefficient and anti sliding value(BPN)of asphalt pavement have reached a large value.
