中外合作办学国际化和本土化研究

A Study on Internationalization and Localization of Sino-foreign Cooperative Schools

随着我国“双一流”高校建设的日益推进,国际化发展已经成为我国高等教育事业发展的重要方向之一,中外合作办学人才培养模式也成为高校发展的重要组成部分。中外合作办学要基于“国际化”+“本土化”为一体的人才培养目标,注重“专业水平+外语能力”的培养重心,秉承“国际视野+家国情怀”的培养核心。本文以北方工业大学中外合作办学的人才培养模式为案例,分析如何在国际化人才培养中进行思想政治教育。既要引进国外优质教育资源,也要融入传统文化之根基,加强立德树人之根本。

With the increasing advancement of“Double First-Class”university project,international development has become one of the most important directions of Chinese higher education,and the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has also become an important part of the development of universities,which should be based on the talent cultivation of“internationalization”+“localization”,“profession+foreign language ability”,and“international vision+national feelings”.This paper analyzes how to carry out ideological and political education in cultivating international talents by taking the model of Sino-foreign cooperative education in North China University of Technology as an example.High-quality education resources and the traditional culture should be both integrated to strengthen the foundation of moral education.
