摘要
线上教学是一场席卷整个教育领域的教学改革。它在技术、环境、教学内容、教学管理等多个方面为大学英语教师带来挑战,由此而来的情感变化也不容忽视。基于Gross的情感管理模型,本文探讨了在应对线上教学带来的各种情感冲击时,大学英语教师在教学的不同阶段可以采取不同的情感调节策略,以期帮助教师维持和增强“爱”“快乐”等正面情感体验,并减少“害怕”“生气”“意外”和“悲哀”等负面情感的影响,建构积极的情感系谱,创造更为和谐的情感环境。
Online teaching,a reform sweeping across the whole education field,has brought great challenges to college English teachers in various aspects like technologies,teaching environment,teaching contents and teaching management.The following emotion changes can never be neglected.Based on Gross’s Emotion Regulation Model,this paper puts focus on different emotion regulation strategies for college English teachers to combat emotional challenges brought by online teaching in different phases in teaching,with the aims to help teachers to maintain and reinforce positive emotions like love and happiness,reduce the impact of negative emotions like fear,anger,surprise,sadness,etc.,construct a positive emotional genealogy and create a more harmonious emotional context.
