基于旋转式潮流控制器的有源配电网柔性合环及紧急功率控制方法 被引量:3

摘要 随着有源配电网建设的迅猛发展,多端供电系统成为主流供电结构,由于电网布局设计因素,存在一种配电网合环两端相角差现象,直接合环将产生较大冲击电流,影响供电可靠性。文中提出一种基于电磁式旋转潮流控制器(rotary powerflowcontroller,RPFC)的解决方案,实现相角差线路柔性合环,并且在系统短路或电源脱网故障情况下,完成对RPFC接入线路的紧急功率控制,预防连锁过载及大停电事故的发生。研究RPFC拓扑结构、工作原理,基于电压矢量叠加原理和瞬时无功理论,提出RPFC柔性合环及紧急功率控制策略。在合环工况下与双芯移相变压器进行仿真对比,RPFC合环电流及调节时间仅为双芯移相变压器的11.95%和18.44%,同时,在系统故障下表现出独立功率控制能力。最后,搭建380V/40kVARPFC实验平台,实验结果与仿真一致,表明RPFC在柔性合环以及紧急功率控制工况下均实现良好控制效果。 With the rapid development of active distribution network construction,multi-terminal power supply system has become the mainstream power supply structure.Due to the factors of grid layout design,there is a phenomenon of phase Angle difference between the two ends of distribution network closing ring.Direct closing ring will produce large impact current and affect the reliability of power supply.This paper proposes a solution based on the electromagnetic rotary power flow controller(RPFC)to achieve flexible loop closure of phase difference lines and complete emergency power control of RPFC access lines in case of system short-circuit or power off-network failure.The topological structure and working principle of RPFC are studied.Based on the principle of voltage vector superposition and instantaneous reactive power theory,flexible loop closing and emergency power control strategies of RPFC are proposed.The simulation results show that the ring-closing current and adjusting time of RPFC are only 11.95%and 18.44%of those of the dual-core phaseshifting transformer,and the RPFC shows independent power control ability in case of system failure.Finally,a 380V/40kVA RPFC experimental platform is built,and the experimental results are consistent with the simulation,indicating that RPFC achieves good control effect under flexible ring closing and emergency power conditions.
