摘要
飞机压差系统上使用的干簧管组件存在较多故障,严重影响了部队作训任务。结合干簧管结构及实际使用中的振动、高低温环境,分析了故障机理,提出了改进方案;仿真和试验研究了振动及高低温环境对干簧管组件性能的影响,对比分析了干簧管组件优化前后的性能;结果表明:改进方案有效,改进后的干簧管组件性能更加稳定,能可靠应用于飞机压差系统。本次故障分析改进可以为干簧管类产品的设计提供理论支撑。
There are many failures in the reed switch components used in the aircraft differential pressure system,which seriously affects the training tasks of the troops.Combined with the reed structure and the vibration and high and low temperature environment in actual use,the fault mechanism is analyzed,and the improvement scheme is put forwardThe influence of vibration and high and low temperature environment on the performance of the reed switch components is studied by simulation and experiment,and the performance of the reed switch components before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved scheme is effective,and the per formance of the improved reed switch components is more stable,which can be reliably applied to the aircraft differ ential pressure system.This fault analysis improvement can provide theoretical support for the design of reed switch products.
