基于线圈电流检测的断路器故障诊断

摘要 对断路器分合闸线圈电流的产生原理进行分析,在此基础上提出了一种基于线圈电流检测的断路器故障诊断方法。采用该方法对某500kV断路器进行故障诊断,发现断路器C相电磁铁铁心机构卡涩造成断路器三相合闸不同期,更换C相电磁铁后,故障得到解决,验证了本文方法的正确性和实用性。 Based on the analysis of the principle of circuit breaker opening and closing coil current,a circuit breaker fault diagnosis method based on coil current detection is proposedUsing this method to diagnose the fault of a 500kV circuit breaker,it is found that the jamming of the cphase electromagnet core mechanism of the circuit breaker causes the threephase closing of the circuit breaker in different periodsAfter replacing the cphase electro magnet,the fault is solved,which verifies the correctness and practicality of this method.
