摘要
利用金相显微镜、动态力学分析仪研究了铝含量及时效时间对Mg-Al系镁合金组织性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al含量和时效时间的增加,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相体积分数不断增加,Mg-Al系合金的强度不断升高;由于AZ31镁合金具有更少的溶质原子和更大的晶粒尺寸,其阻尼能力均高于AZ61和AZ80合金;随时效时间延长,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)含量增加,Mg-Al系合金的阻尼能力升高。Mg-Al系镁合金的阻尼能力整体趋势随着温度升高而升高,由于晶界滑移(GBS)的发生,阻尼能力在250℃以上明显提升,且时效态AZ80镁合金在330℃附近出现阻尼峰。
Effects of aluminum content and aging time on microstructure and properties of Mg-Al magnesium alloys were studied by metallographic microscope and dynamic mechanical analyzer.The results indicate that with the increase of Al content and aging time,the volume fraction ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase continues to increase,the strength of Mg-Al magnesium alloys continues to increase.The damping capacity of AZ31 magnesium alloy is higher than that of AZ61 and AZ80 alloys due to its fewer solute atoms and larger grain size.As the aging time increases,the damping capacity of Mg-Al alloys increases with the increase ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12)content.The damping capacity of Mg-Al alloys increases on the whole with the temperature raising.Due to the occurrence of grain boundary slip(GBS),the damping capacity is improved significantly above 250℃,and the damping peak of aged AZ80 alloy appears when the temperature is about 330℃.
