通窍散结方超声雾化吸入治疗儿童肺经风热型急性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tongqiao Sanjie Recipe Ultrasonic Nebulized Inhalation in Treating Acute Rhinosinusitis of Lung Meridian Wind-heat Type in Children

目的观察郭裕教授经验方通窍散结方超声雾化治疗儿童肺经风热型急性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床有效性。方法参照平行对照试验方法,2020年6月~2021年2月,在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院、长宁区天山中医医院耳鼻咽喉科就诊的肺经风热型急性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿纳入观察。按治疗用药随机分为两组:观察组采用中药超声雾化治疗,对照组采用糠酸莫米松喷鼻治疗,两组患者均接受治疗5d,采用MSS症状积分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)积分对临床疗效进行评价。结果通过MSS评分结果获得证实,对于儿童急性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗,中药雾化治疗与糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗都有效。在对比VAS评分时,在治疗周期结束时两组患儿的VAS评分具有统计学显著差异,P<0.01,实验组的满意度的影响明显提高。结论用通窍散结方超声雾化吸入治疗急性鼻-鼻窦炎的有效性,并且两种疗法的耐受性都很好。但与西药治疗相比,用中药超声雾化吸入进行治疗可使在患者接受度、治疗满意度上更胜一筹。

Objective Observing the clinical effectiveness in the treatment of acute rhinosinusitis of lung meridian wind-heat type in children using Professor Guo Yu’s prescription and ultrasonic atomizing with Tongqiao Sanjie decoction.Method From June 2020 to February 2021 children with lung meridian wind-heat acute sinusitis admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology,City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tianshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changning District were included in the reference of the parallel controlled trial method.Patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the treatment medication:the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomization,and the control group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray;both groups received treatment for 5 days,and were evaluated using MSS symptom score and visual analog scale(VAS)for the clinical efficacy.Outcome The MSS score results confirmed that for the treatment of children with acute rhinosinusitis,both Chinese medicine atomization therapy and mometasone furoate nasal spray are effective.When comparing the VAS scores,there was a statistically significant difference in the two groups of children at the end of the treatment cycle,with P<0.01 the experimental group’s satisfaction was significantly improved.Conclusion Ultrasonic nebulization inhalation of Tongqiao Sanjie decoction is effective in the treatment of acute rhinosinusitis,and the two therapies are well tolerated.However,compared with western medicine treatment,treatment with Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomized inhalation can make the patients better in terms of patient acceptance and treatment satisfaction.
