颈鞘副甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤并发原位甲状腺滤泡癌1例并文献复习

Cervical sheath parathyroid follicular adenoma with follicular carcinoma of the orthotopic thyroid:a case report and literature review

目的探讨异位甲状腺病因、临床特征、诊断、鉴别诊断,提高对异位甲状腺的认识。方法回顾性分析1例颈鞘副甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤并发原位甲状腺滤泡癌患者的临床资料,结合文献复习分析异位甲状腺的临床诊断治疗经验。结果该患者行手术治疗,患者术后恢复好,随访至今未见复发及恶变。结论异位甲状腺系发育异常所致,临床罕见,临床表现无特异性,无症状的异位甲状腺可观察随访,有症状或合并良恶性肿瘤的应治疗。

Objective To investigate the etiology,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ectopic?thyroid?gland.Methods The clinical data of a patient with cervical sheath parathyroid follicular adenoma and follicular carcinoma of the orthotopic thyroid were retrospectively analyzed combined with literature review analysis of ectopic thyroid clinical diagnosis and treatment experience.Results The patient received surgical treatment and recovered well after surgery.There was no recurrence and malignant transformation so far.Conclusions The ectopic thyroid gland is caused by abnormal development,which is rare in clinic and has no specific clinical manifestations.Patients who are asymptomatic can be observed and followed up,but patients who are symptomatic or with benign and malignant tumors should receive treatment.
