应用于抓斗卸船机的微孔挡风板防尘效果研究

摘要 煤炭输出港码头前沿存在的粉尘污染现象,对周边居民和港区工作人员造成很大困扰。治理粉尘的技术主要分为防尘和除尘2种。常用的除尘方法喷淋除尘和干法除尘都有一定的效果和场合限制,而挡风板防尘通过设置带孔网板形成风障,降低风速,从而抑制粉尘扩散,已在国外码头取得较好效果。文中在应用流体动力学的基础上,同时用离散单元法将离散的微小单元对粉尘颗粒进行耦合模拟,对应用于抓斗卸船机上的挡风板防风效果进行了研究,为工程应用提供参考。 The dust pollution at the front of the wharf of the coal export port has caused great trouble to the surrounding residents and port staff.Dust control technology can be mainly divided into dust prevention technology and dust removal technology.The commonly used dust removal methods,including spray dust removal and dry dust removal,all have certain effects and occasion limitation limits,while the windshield dust prevention is to reduce the wind speed by setting perforated mesh plates,so as to achieve the purpose of restraining dust diffusion.Now,this method has achieved good application results in foreign wharfs.Based on the application of fluid dynamics,discrete micro-units were coupled to simulate dust particles by discrete element method to study the windproof effect of the windshield of grab ship unloader,which provides reference for engineering application.
