索道吊具的偏心设计与平衡计算

摘要 在索道领域中,吊具与吊杆偏心距离的设计决定了吊具整体在运行过程中的偏摆角度,直接影响乘客乘坐的直观感受,并且间接地对索道的运行安全产生影响。因此,如何计算并选择最佳的偏心距离是值得研究的课题。研究吊具偏摆常用的计算方法有作图法和合重心解析法,通过采用变量参数与合重心法结合的方法,可以避免大量重复的迭代计算或作图,并快速找出不同工况组合下的摆动情况,根据各种工况的权重,选择出最佳的偏心距离,以使吊具的摆动角度最小化,为索道吊具的偏摆设计和运行提供了有利的参考,进一步提升索道系统的性能和安全性。 In the ropeway field,the design of the eccentric distance between the spreader and the boom not only determines the deflection angle of the spreader during operation,but also directly affects the passenger’s using experience and indirectly affects the operation safety of the ropeway.Therefore,how to calculate and choose the best eccentric distance is a subject worthy of study.The commonly used calculation methods to study the deflection of a spreader include drawing method and center to center method.Combining variable parameters with the center to center method can avoid a lot of repeated iterative calculation or drawing,quickly find out the swing under different combined working conditions,and select the best eccentric distance according to the weight of various working conditions to minimize the swing angle of spreader,which provides a reference for the deflection design and operation of ropeway spreaders,and further improves the performance and safety of ropeway system.
