一种自动化巡防的消防机器人系统设计

摘要 设计一种悬挂式自动巡防的消防机器人,利用设置在厂房顶部的固定轨道实现行走,定时在规定的路径上进行巡防,机器人携带有摄像头、烟感传感器、火焰传感器、高清摄像机、视频温度检测仪等多种传感器,对所覆盖区域进行检测。同时携带可调整喷射角度的消防炮,根据着火点所在位置,自动调整角度、自动瞄准喷射灭火。自动巡防的消防机器人可单台、多台联动使用,实现精准灭火的要求。 The design of a suspended fire-fighting robot for automatic patrol is proposed in this paper.A fixed track set at the top of the factory building is used for the robot to walk,so as to patrol on the specified path at regular intervals.The robot is equipped with a variety of sensors,such as camera,smoke sensor,flame sensor,high-definition camera,video temperature detector,etc.,which can detect the covered area.In addition,it also carries a fire monitor with adjustable injection angle,which can automatically adjust the angle according to the position of the fire point and aim at it automatically,so as to spray and extinguish the fire.The automatic patrol fire-fighting robot can be used alone or in combination with multiple units to meet the requirements of precise fire-fighting.
