摘要
文章以襄阳市社会组织的发展现状为研究对象,探讨其定位及创新发展过程中所面临的困境。襄阳市社会组织目前发展困境主要来源于组织自身参与能力欠佳、组织内部管理结构不善、政府政策扶持力度不够以及资源保障来源不稳定等因素。为应对发展困境,应当从加强党建融合引领、规范组织管理措施、完善政策支持体系、优化组织发展环境等入手,促进襄阳市社会组织的高质量发展。
The article examines the status of social organizations in Xiangyang,and explores the position and dilemmas in the process of innovative development.It is found that the social organizations in Xiangyang are of poor participation capacity,poor internal management structure,insufficient support from government policies,and insufficient and unstable resource security.Accordingly,we should start by strengthening the integration and leadership of party building,standardizing organizational management measures,improving the policy support system,and optimizing the organizational development environment,to promote the high quality development of social organizations in Xiangyang.
