多元环氧扩链剂改性PLA/PBAT薄膜的制备与性能表征 被引量:3

摘要 为提高聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜的拉伸韧性、透光率及其成型加工稳定性,将聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)与多元环氧扩链剂(ADR)预混,得到预混物PBAT/ADR。再使用PBAT/ADR对PLA进行熔融共混改性和吹膜成型,制备得到PLA/PBAT/ADR薄膜材料。采用旋转流变仪和扫描电子显微镜研究ADR添加量对PLA/PBAT/ADR共混物流变性能和微观结构的影响。通过挤出吹膜机组、熔体流动速率测试仪、拉力试验机、分光光度计、差式扫描量热仪和广角X射线衍射仪研究PLA/PBAT/ADR薄膜的吹膜成型稳定性、拉伸性能、透光率以及结晶等性能。结果表明,ADR的加入起到显著扩链增黏和反应性增容的作用,共混物的黏度和熔体强度得到较大提升,PBAT分散相也得到显著细化。所得PLA/PBAT/ADR(95/5/0.5)薄膜表现出良好的吹膜成型稳定性、高的断裂伸长率(461.4%)以及较好的透光性能(平均透光率为86.6%)。 In order to improve the tensile ductility,transmittance and processing stability of polylactide(PLA)films,PBAT/ADR mixture was obtained by pre-mixing polybutylene adipate-co-terephthalate(PBAT)with multiple epoxy extender(ADR).And then,PLA was blended with PBAT/ADR to prepare PLA/(PBAT/ADR)blend which was further used to produce blown film.Influences of ADR content on rheological properties and microstructure of PLA/PBAT/ADR blends were investigated using rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscopy.Blowing film stability,tensile properties,transmittance,and crystallization properties of PLA/PBAT/ADR films were studied using extrusion-blowing film unit,melt flow rate tester,tensile tester,spectrophotometer,differential scanning calorimeter,and wide-angle X-ray diffractometer,respectively.The results showed that the addition of ADR can significantly increase the viscosity and melt strength of the blend,couple with largely refining PBAT domains.It can be attributed to the effects of chain extension and reactive compatibilization of ADR on PLA/PBAT blending system.Taken overall,PLA/PBAT/ADR(95/5/0.5)film exhibits improved blowing film stability,high elongation at break of 461.4%,and better transmittance(average transmittance is 86.6%).
