摘要
边境高中学生群体作为多文化环境所孕育的特殊化群体,由于语言、文字、风俗习惯等文化环境的特殊性,生理与心理的发展都趋于成熟,情绪体验以生理需要为主向社会性需要转换,情绪智力与心理健康的关系具有强于未成年人的趋势,人际交往在生活中的重要性逐渐凸显,潜移默化地影响着高中生群体人际交往的惯性模式,此研究旨在探讨人际交往的影响因素及改善人际关系的有效策略。本研究采用问卷调查法,以460名边境民族地区高中生为研究对象,进一步探讨边境民族地区高中生在人际交往中三个主要因素,结果表明:不同民族群体间的情绪智力存在明显差异;情绪智力、人际归因方式、疏离感三个因素上不同年级的边境地区学生也具有不同特点。本研究提供了一定的实证参考,为解决学生心理问题与隐患提出针对性策略。
As a specialized group nurtured by a multicultural environment,border high school students tend to mature in both physical and psychological development due to the particularity of cultural environment such as language,writing,customs and habits.Emotional experience is transformed from physiological needs to social needs,and the relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health tends to be stronger than that of minors.The importance of interpersonal communication in life has gradually become more and more prominent,which subtly affects the habitual mode of interpersonal communication among high school students.This study aims to explore the influential factors of interpersonal communication and effective strategies to improve interpersonal relationship.In this study,460 high school students in border ethnic areas were selected as the research objects,and three main factors in interpersonal communication were further explored.The results showed that:There were obvious differences in emotional intelligence among different ethnic groups;Students in border areas of different grades also have different characteristics in three factors:emotional intelligence,interpersonal attribution style and sense of alienation.This study provides some empirical reference and puts forward targeted strategies for solving students'psychological problems and hidden dangers.
