积极心理学视角下大学生生命意义感研究

A Study on College Students'Sense of Life Meaning from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

生命是个体生存和发展的基础,由于部分大学生生命意识缺乏,大学校园中自伤事件,伤人事件,以及安全事件时有发生,威胁到自已和他人的生命安全。目前有不少大学生进入大学校园后,比较迷茫,人生目标不明确,导致学习积极性和主动性下降,心理健康也受到一定的影响。因此引导学生积极去探索生命意义,感受生命价值势在必行。积极心理学旨在挖掘个体潜能,培养积极心理品质。近年来积极心理学的研究领域也日益广泛,积极心理学关注于积极心理和生命意义感之间的关系,关注于个体的积极方面,发现快乐和希望,以帮助个体更好地提升生命意义感。本研究基于积极心理学视角,探索提升大学生生命意义感的策略,以提升大学生的生命意识和价值感,促进其身心健康发展。

Life is the basis of individual survival and development,due to the lack of life awareness of some college students,self-injury incidents,wounding incidents,and security incidents occur frequently on college campuses,threatening their own and others'lives.At present,after many college students enter the university campus,they are confused and their life goals are not clear,which leads to a decline in learning enthusiasm and initiative,and their mental health is also affected.Therefore,it is imperative to guide students to actively explore the meaning of life and feel the value of life.Different from traditional psychology,positive psychology focuses on people's positive aspects,cultivates positive psychological qualities and stimulates positive potential.After the birth of positive psychology,the research field of positive psychology continues to expand.In the theoretical research on the sense of meaning of life,there is also a positive psychology research orientation.Positive psychology pays more attention to the relationship between the sense of meaning of life and positive psychology,focuses on the positive aspects of oneself,finds happiness and hope,and helps individuals to obtain a sense of meaning.Based on the perspective of positive psychology,this paper seeks for effective methods to cultivate college students'sense oflife meaning,enhance their life consciousness and sense of value,and promote their physical and mental health development.
