大数据时代下高校教学秘书工作创新策略

Innovation Strategies of Teaching Secretaries in Colleges and Universities in the Era of Big Data

随着大数据时代的到来,为高校教学管理工作带来了技术和管理理念,就教学秘书而言,怎样基于大数据时代背景促进自身专业水平的提高、教学管理能力的提升,是新时代教育背景下高校教学秘书工作创新性开展的重要问题。基于此,本文通过高校教学秘书的工作职责,首先分析了大数据时代下高校教学秘书工作中存在的问题和困境,之后分别从基于教学管理平台,创建网络教学服务中心;强化培训,促进教学秘书管理能力和专业水平的提高;通过大数据信息数据库的创建,促进数据分析和研究能力的提高三个方面提出了大数据时代下高校教学秘书工作的创新策略。

With the advent of the era of big data,technology and management ideas have been brought to the teaching management of colleges and universities.As for teaching secretaries,how to promote the improvement of their professional level and teaching management ability based on the background of the era of big data is an important issue for the innovative development of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities under the educational background of the new era.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the problems and difficulties in the work of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities in the era of big data through the job responsibilities of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities.Secondly,based on the teaching management platform,establish the network teaching service center and strengthen the training to promote the teaching secretary's management ability and professional level.Finally,through the creation of big data information database,promoting the improvement of data analysis and research ability,the author puts forward the innovation strategy of teaching secretary work in the era of big data.
