体教融合背景下陕西省校园排球协同治理路径探究

Exploration on the Collaborative Development Path of School Volleyball in Shaanxi Province under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

体教融合是当前教育改革的重要方向之一,自《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》下发以来,深入贯彻“体教融合”的国家力度促使众多地区结合各自区情、发挥区域特色启动“进行时”模式,路线清晰、成效显著。与此同时,伴随着社会主义建设的改革实践,“体教融合”政策实施中的本质矛盾也随着表浅方式地逐步扩展而渐次显现:利益相关者间的淡薄联系,从主体到过程的实施碎片化等融合瓶颈。本研究致力于在协同治理视角下,深入剖析我国“体教融合”发展过程中的主要问题,分析了以部门协同、层级协同、治理服务平台承上启下为主体架构的校园排球协同发展的框架构建。并提出“政-校-家-社”四位一体的多元主体协同治理路径,能够为学生提供更好的体育教育,推动校园排球与教育教学的深度融合。

The integration of sports and education is one of the important directions of the current education reform.Since the issuance of the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Youth,the national efforts to deeply implement the"integration of sports and education"have prompted many regions to launch the"In Progress"model,taking into account their own regional conditions and giving full play to their regional characteristics.The"integration of sports and education"model is a clear and effective approach.At the same time,along with the reform practice of socialist construction,the essential contradictions in the implementation of the policy of'integration of sports and education'have gradually emerged in a superficial manner:weak links between stakeholders,fragmentation of implementation from subject to process,and other bottlenecks of integration.This study is dedicated to analyzing the main problems in the development of"sports-education integration"in China from the perspective of collaborative governance,and analyzing the framework of collaborative development of school volleyball with the main structure of departmental collaboration,hierarchical collaboration,and governance service platform.It also proposes a four-pronged collaborative governance path of"government-school-family-society",which can provide students with better physical education and promote the deep integration of campus volleyball and education teaching.
