摘要
微观气候环境的舒适性是激发街道空间公共性重要因素之一。特别是在亚热带地区,形式、功能以及舒适在街道公共空间营造中共存织合,舒适及其带来的活力是形式与功能的最终结合点。尽管现在已经有丰富的针对街道的气候环境设计的研究讨论,但是有关街道空间舒适感的研究仍然可以继续深入探索。基于在深圳坪地开展的一项街道气候环境与空间行为调查,研究结合街道上活动人群的主观体验以及客观的气候环境观测变量,对街道舒适感与街道建成环境的空间和气候进行关联分析。基于街景数据、土地利用数据以及建筑普查等数据对街道空间进行量化,应用回归分析的方法分析影响街道微气候环境舒适性的建成环境要素,以利于对街道空间进行舒适性的基因编辑。
The thermal comfort of microclimate environment is one of the important factors that affect the public vitality of street spaces,especially in the subtropical area.The form,function and comfort of street public space af fect the construction of street public space,and comfort and its vitality are the ultimate objectives of form and function.Although there are a lot of studies on street climate design available,the associations on street space comfort can still be further explored.Based on a survey of street climate environment and spatial behavior conducted in the area of Pingdi,Shenzhen,the study intended to combine the subjective experience of people on the street with the objective climate environment observation variables.This research constructed an econometric model to analyze the correlation between thermal comfort,built environment and meteorological variables.The data of topography,street view and buildings census were used.These factors are incorporated into an ordered logistic regression model to look at how the spatial elements stimulates the vitality and publicity of the streets.The policy implications of this study could facilitate to design better street environment with high vitality.
