铁路曲线地段机械化钢轨大修施工工艺探讨与研究

摘要 近年来,随着移动闪光焊轨车、气压焊轨车和快速换轨车的推广应用,钢轨大修施工进一步实现了机械化水平的突破,不仅提高了作业效率,同时也相应降低了劳动强度,成果较为显著。相较于直线段,曲线地段换轨车换轨施工的工艺控制和施工组织难度都大为增加,因此,聚焦京沪线曲线地段机械化换轨施工,从该线路状况、技术标准、施工方法、质量控制等方面对机械化钢轨大修施工工艺进行分析,以期提升机械化换轨作业的规范化、流程化、标准化,为机械化钢轨大修施工提供参考。 In recent years,the polularization of rail changing vehicles has made a breakthrough in mechanization of rail overhaul operations,which not only improves the operation efficiency,but also reduces the labor intensity,and the results are remarkable.Compared with the straight section,the difficulty of the process control and construction organization of the curved section of the rail changing is greatly increased,therefore,this paper focuses on the mechanized construction technology of the curved section of the Beijing-Shanghai line,and analyzed the rail overhaul process and construction organization from the aspects of operation process,technical standards and safety control,in order to improve the standardization of mechanized rail changing operation and provide reference for mechanized rail overhaul construction.
