新工科背景下课程思政融入粮食工程专业教学实践——以“粮油储藏学”课程为例

摘要 粮食安全是国之大者。粮食工程专业是培养粮食从业人才的对口专业,具有工程、技术、实践性特征,其人才培养质量对于保障国家粮食安全具有重要意义。在“新工科”背景下,探索专业教育与课程思政协调发展是落实“立德树人”任务,促进粮食工程专业改革、提高人才培养质量的重要渠道。文章从目前工科教育现状及存在的问题出发,阐释了课程思政融入“新工科”专业教育的重要意义。同时,以“粮油储藏学”课程为例,从专业教育与课程思政融合、教学目标重构、课程体系优化、保障机制及评价体系建设等方面进行探索。 Food security is the top priority of the country.Grain engineering is the counterpart specialty of cultivating talents for grain industry,with the characteristics of engineering,technology and practice.Its talent training quality is of great significance for ensuring national food security.Under the background of"emerging engineering",exploring the coordinated development of professional education and curriculum ideology and politics is an important channel to carry out the task of"cultivating morality and cultivating people",promoting the reform of grain engineering specialty and improving the quality of personnel training.This paper based from the current situation and existing problems of engineering education has expatiated the important significance of the integration of"emerging engineering"professional education and ideological and political education.Meanwhile,taking the course of Grain and Oil Storage,as an example,explored some aspects of from the integration of expertise and moral education,reconstruction of teaching objectives,optimization of curriculum system,construction of security mechanism and evaluation system.
