乡村振兴背景下地方农业高校新型应用型本硕人才培养模式

The training mode of new applied undergraduate and master talents in local agricultural universities under the background of the rural revitalization strategy

乡村振兴战略的实施为地方农业高校人才培养模式提出了新的要求,在全国高校教学转型的浪潮中,新型应用型人才的培养模式的探索与实践无疑成为当今高等教育中的热点话题。地方农业高校与地方行业发展紧密相关,面对行业的飞速发展和人才需求的不断提升,高校人才培养模式的创新探索与实践成为了目前地方高校教育面临的重要问题。文章从黑龙江八一农垦大学的人才培养实际出发,对该校新型应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践过程进行了简要分析,以期为地方农业高校的新型应用型人才的培养模式改革提供一定的参考。

The implementation of"rural revitalization strategy"has proposed new requirements for the talent training mode of local agricultural universities.In the tide of national college teaching transformation,the exploration and practice of the training mode of new applied talents has undoubtedly became a hot topic in today's higher education.Local agricultural colleges and universities are closely related to the development of local industries.Facing the rapid development of the industry and the continuous improvement of talent demand,the innovative exploration and practice of talent training mode in colleges and universities has became an important issue in the education of local colleges and universities.Based on the talent training practice of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,this paper briefly analyzed the exploration and practice process of the new applied talent training mode of the university,in order to provide some reference for the reform of the new applied talent training mode of local agricultural colleges and universities.
