摘要
百合是中国传统的名贵中药材,具有广泛的药用和食用价值。贮藏条件对百合贮藏品质有着重要影响,适宜的贮藏条件可延长百合的贮藏期限,保持其良好的品质。同时,百合的深加工利用也是一个重要的研究方向,百合提取物、百合粉以及百合食品等深加工产品的开发和应用具有广泛的市场前景。文章综述了龙山百合的生长特点及采收方法,重点研究了百合采后贮藏品质及深加工利用研究进展,旨在为湖南龙山百合的深度开发利用提供参考和借鉴。
Lily is a valuable traditional Chinese herbal medicine,with a wide range of medicinal and edible value.Storage conditions have an important influence on the storage quality of lily,and suitable storage conditions can extend the storage period of lily and maintain its good quality.Meanwhile,the deep processing and utilization of lily is an important research direction.The development and application of deep processing products such as lily extract,lily powder and lily food have a wide market prospect.The article reviewed the growth characteristics and harvesting methods of Longshan lily,and focused on the research process of the postharvest storage quality and deep processing utilization of lily,aiming to provide reference for the indepth development and utilization of Longshan lily in Hunan.
