中国共产党创造人类文明新形态的反贫困之维

The Anti-poverty Dimension of the New Model for Human Progress Created by the Communist Party of China

人类文明新形态是中国共产党基于百年奋斗经验与展望未来发展蓝图所凝练的重要政治概念。人类文明新形态尽管有着诸多维度,但其中最具有辨识度、最具广泛号召力的维度就是反贫困维度,人类文明新形态的民族性逻辑、世界性逻辑与现代性逻辑的展开过程中均体现出强烈的反贫困意蕴。中国共产党领导人民,先后创造了新民主主义革命时期以土地斗争为主要标识的反贫困成就,社会主义革命和建设时期以实现工业化为主要抓手的反贫困成就,改革开放和社会主义现代化建设时期以小康为主要叙事的反贫困成就,以及中国特色社会主义新时代以共同富裕为主要目标的反贫困成就。人类文明新形态实现对其他文明形态超越和引领的最主要说服力,正是由中国共产党领导的反贫困实践生发出来的。该文认为,要系统全面把握人类文明新形态的反贫困之维,还需要从“技术—制度—文化”分析框架、“物质—政治—精神—社会—生态”总体布局、“政党文明—国家文明—世界文明”同心结构等方面,构建起一整套文明观察方法论,以观中国式现代化在反贫困征途上所开的文明之花、所挂的文明之果。

The new model for human progress is an important political concept condensed by the Communist Party of China based on the experience of a century of struggle and a vision of future development.Although the new model for human progress has many dimensions,one of the most recognizable and widely appealing dimensions is the anti-poverty dimension,the national logic,cosmopolitan logic and modern logic of the new model of human progress,which all reflect the strong anti-poverty implication.Under the leadership of Communist Party of China,it successively created the anti-poverty achievements marked by the land struggle during the new democratic revolution,the anti-poverty achievements with the realization of industrialization as the main focus in the socialist revolution and construction,the anti-poverty achievements with the well-off society as the main narrative in the period of reform,opening up and socialist modernization,and the anti-poverty achievements with the common prosperity as the main goal in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The most important persuasive force for the new model for human progress to surpass and lead other models is the anti-poverty practice led by Communist Party of China.In order to systematically and comprehensively grasp the anti-poverty dimension of the new model for human progress,we also need to proceed from the general civilization analysis framework of“technology-system-culture”,the overall layout of“material-politics-spirit-society-ecology”,and the concentric structure of“party civilization-national civiliza-tion-world civilization”,set up a whole set of civilization observation methodology to observe the flowers and fruits of civilization in the anti-poverty journey of Chinese modernization.
