中草药复方制剂对乌鳢鰤诺卡氏菌病药效研究

Efficacy Study of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine HNK in Treating Channa Argus Nocardiosis Infected by Nocardia Serioli

为评价中草药复方制剂(HNK)对乌鳢鰤诺卡氏菌病药效,开展了体外抑菌试验、攻毒试验和药效试验。结果表明,HNK的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.49 g/L,低于受试的穿梅三黄散以及大黄流浸膏;对乌鳢经腹腔注射鰤诺卡氏菌后,出现的典型症状为体表溃疡、肾脏肿大和内脏结节,乌鳢死亡率与攻毒菌液浓度成正相关,其中诺卡氏菌株菌液浓度2×10^(8)和2×10^(9)cfu/mL试验组,14 d内死亡率均为100%;药效试验中,低、中、高剂量HNK组死亡率分别为45%,20%和5%,抗生素组及阴性对照组分别为45%和90%,中、高剂量HNK组乌鳢出现结节等症状的数量最少。指出,HNK能够有效抑杀鰤诺卡氏菌,防治因鰤诺卡氏菌感染引起的乌鳢诺卡氏菌病,效果优于抗生素,具备良好的应用前景。

To evaluate the effectiveness of HNK,a preparation of compound traditional Chinese medicine,in treating Channa argus Nocardiosis infected by Nocardia Serioli,the in vitro bacterial inhibition test,challenge test and efficacy test were conducted.Results shown that the HNK minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)against Nocardia serioli was 0.49 g/L which is lower than the other test medicine;the symptoms appeared after intraperitoneal injection of Nocardia serioli on Channa argus included ulceration on body surface,renal enlargement and tubercles in viscus.The death rate of Channa argus was proportional to the dosage of density of Nocardia serioli fluid.The death rate of 2×10^(8) and 2×10^(9) cfu/mL test group were 100% during 14 days of experiment.In the efficacy test,the death rate of high,medium and low dosage HNK groups were 45%,20% and 5% respectively.In comparison,the antibiotic(Ampicillin)group and negative control group death rate were 45% and 90% respectively.The viscus tubercles amount of high and medium dosage HNK group were less than the other groups.As a conclusion,HNK has a low MIC against Nocardia serioli and is more effective in curing the nocardia disease compared to antibiotics.It is revealed that HNK had a prospective future in solving the Nordia disease problem.
