摘要
从鱼类生物学特征、试验鱼类、鱼类全基因组测序和鱼类种内变异(品系、年龄、性别、个体差异和社会地位)4个方面,简述了鱼类神经行为毒性研究进展。指出,鱼类是开展神经行为毒性研究的重要物种。提出,应注重受试试验鱼类的多样性;建立鱼类神经行为毒性数据库;解析鱼类神经行为毒性分子机制。
The article reviews recent research progress on neurobehavioral toxicology studies using fish:biological characteristics,strains and whole genome sequencing,and intraspecies variation(laboratory fish strains,age,sex,individual differences and social status).And fish is as a particularly and promisingly useful model organism in neurobehavioral toxicity.Future research directions are proposed to lay emphasis on species diversity of tested fish,establish a database of neurobehavioral toxicology studies in fish and analyze the molecular mechanisms of neurobehavioral toxicology in fish.
