Research Advances on Aspirin Use for Secondary Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases

近年来我国心血管疾病的患病率、死亡率持续上升。心血管疾病已成为我国最重要的公共卫生问题。抗血栓治疗是防治心血管疾病特别是二级预防的重要措施,而阿司匹林是心血管疾病二级预防的基石。本文通过回顾阿司匹林的历史试验,追踪最新研究进展和指南中的变化,思考了阿司匹林在心血管疾病二级预防中未来的方向。

The incidence and mortality of cardiovascular disease continue to rise in recent years,which has become the most important public health problem in China.Antithrombotic therapy is an important strategy for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially for secondary prevention,and aspirin is the cornerstone of antithrombotic therapy in terms of cardiovascular diseases prevention.This article reviews the historical trials of the aspirin,tracks the changes in the latest research and guidelines,and outlines the future direction of aspirin use in the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
