科技创新助力区域经济高质量发展的实践研究——以海安“科技行”为例

Practical research on technological innovation assisting high-quality development of regional economy taking theScience and Technology Tour in Haian as an example

创新是引领发展的第一动力。区域创新是新时期我国创新驱动发展战略的重要基础组成部分。地方政府在构建区域创新体系中起着重要的引领作用。海安市从2014年起实施“机关部门服务企业科技行”活动(简称“科技行”),至今已有9年。文章着重分析了“科技行”活动开展的工作举措、创新氛围,以及对促进地方经济高质量发展的作用,为促进县域经济发展提供可参考的工作思路。

Innovation is the primary driving force for development.Regional innovation is an important fundamental component of China’s innovation driven development strategy in the new era.Local governments play an important leading role in building regional innovation systems.It has been nine years since Haian city implemented the activity of“government departments serving enterprises in science and technology”(hereinafter referred to as“Science and Technology Tour”)in 2014.The article focuses on analyzing the work measures,innovative atmosphere,and the role of the“Science and Technology Tour”activity in promoting high-quality development of local economy,providing reference work ideas for promoting the development of county-level economy.
