石家庄市电子信息产业创新效率评价分析

摘要 提高技术创新效率对于增强我国高新技术产业自主创新能力具有重要意义。文章基于技术创新效率评价的现有成果,构建了石家庄电子信息产业创新效率评价的指标和模型。结合石家庄电子信息产业2012—2019年的统计指标,运用层次分析法和熵值法相结合的方法,经过模糊Borda模型分析,得出了影响石家庄电子信息产业创新效率的各因素指标排名。研究表明,2012—2019年投入资金和政府支持对创新效率影响位居前列。研究成果明确了石家庄电子信息产业的发展方向,为接下来石家庄电子信息产业的发展提出了行之有效的对策和建议,为更客观地评价我国不同地区的产业创新效率提供了工具。 Improving the efficiency of technological innovation is of great significance for enhancing the independent innovation capability of China’s high-tech industry.Based on the existing achievements in evaluating the efficiency of technological innovation,an index and model for evaluating the innovation efficiency of Shijiazhuang’s electronic information industry have been constructed.Based on the statistical indicators of Shijiazhuang’s electronic information industry from 2012 to 2019,a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Method was used to analyze the ranking of various factor indicators that affect the innovation efficiency of Shijiazhuang’s electronic information industry through fuzzy Borda model analysis.Research has shown that the impact of investment and government support on innovation efficiency from 2012 to 2019 ranks among the top.The research results have clarified the development direction of Shijiazhuang’s electronic information industry,proposed effective countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Shijiazhuang’s electronic information industry,and provided a tool for more objective evaluation of industrial innovation efficiency in different regions of China.
