5W模式下图书馆短视频服务育人体系研究

Research on the education system of short video service in libraries under the 5W model

针对当下用户更适应非面对面交流的趋势,文章认为可以开拓图书馆服务模式,将常见咨询问题制作成短视频,以新媒体形式传播短视频,开展服务育人活动。借助5W模式,从服务主体、展示内容、服务对象、服务途径、服务评价5个方面讨论短视频服务育人活动。建议从增强主动服务意识、重新评估咨询问题、保证短视频的持续运行等角度开展图书馆常见问题短视频育人服务工作。

In response to the current trend of users adapting more to non face-to-face communication,the article believes that library service models can be developed,common consultation questions can be made into short videos,and short videos can be disseminated through new media to carry out service education activities.Using the 5W model,discuss short video service education activities from five aspects:service subjects,display content,service objects,service channels,and service evaluation.It is recommended to carry out short video education services for common problems in libraries from the perspectives of enhancing proactive service awareness,re-evaluating consultation questions,and ensuring the continuous operation of short videos.
