数字化改革背景下党校图书馆智慧服务研究

Research on smart services of Party school library under the background of digital reform

图书馆智慧服务已成为图书馆实现可持续发展的必然选择,数字化改革的提出为党校系统图书馆智慧服务的开展带来新的机遇和挑战。文章在调研党校图书馆当前智慧服务存在问题的基础上分析了数字化改革背景下党校图书馆的智慧服务特征,构建了智慧服务平台架构,并描绘出智慧服务应用场景,最后对智慧服务推进路径进行探究,提出要从规划制度建设、数据资源建设、基础设施建设、人才队伍建设等几个方面入手推动党校图书馆自身服务智慧升级。

Library smart services have become an inevitable choice for libraries to achieve sustainable development,and the proposal of digital reform has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of smart services in Party school system libraries.On the basis of investigating the current problems in smart services of Party school libraries,the article analyzes the characteristics of smart services of Party school libraries under the background of digital reform,constructs a smart service platform architecture,and depicts the application scenarios of smart services.Finally,the article explores the path of promoting smart services,and proposed to promote the smart upgrading of the Party school library’s own services from several aspects such as planning system construction,data resource construction,infrastructure construction,and talent team construction.
