摘要
岗位实习是高职院校的一项重要教学活动,尤其是毕业生踏入社会前在具体单位结合实际岗位开展的岗位实习,能帮助学生从理论知识向实践技能转换,促进学生专业技能提升,保证学生顺利就业和可持续发展。目前学生岗位实习中存在人岗不匹配、随意性大、流失率高、实习效果差等突出问题。文章对当前高职院校实习中存在的问题进行分析,结合和具体公司合作过程中的经验进行总结,以期更好开展岗位实习工作和实现学生高质量就业。
Job internships are an important teaching activity in vocational colleges,especially those carried out by graduates in specific units combined with actual positions before entering society.They can help students transition from theoretical knowledge to practical skills,promote the improvement of students′professional skills,and ensure smooth employment and sustainable development.At present,there are prominent problems in student job internships,such as mismatch between personnel and positions,high randomness,high turnover rate,and poor internship results.This article analyzes the problems in current vocational college internships,and summarizes the experience in cooperation with specific companies,in order to better carry out job internships and achieve high-quality employment for students.
