触媒视角下传统村落活力再生机制研究——以板梁古村为例

Regeneration Process of Traditional Village Vitality Based on the Perspective of Catalyst:A Case Study of Banliang Ancient Village

从触媒理论的内涵及功能出发,以湖南省郴州市板梁古村为例,通过空间触媒、功能触媒、文化触媒等方式深入探讨了传统村落活力再生机制研究。结果表明:(1)板梁古村“失活”的主要表现为人口空心化、景观同质化、风貌破碎化、建筑功能混杂等。(2)分析得出板梁古村活力再生的3个过程。在空间触媒下,生活水平提高、生态景观优化,旅游成为带动村落经济发展的重要手段;在功能触媒下,传统建筑功能调整,社会交往再次集聚,活动场地增多、方式多样;在文化触媒下,修复历史建筑、文物遗产,传承精神文化遗产,双双在旅游呈现并发挥重要作用。(3)根据板梁古村活力再生的效果,从政策引导、事件引导、产业引导、建设引导等方面构建村落后续触媒的调控机制。

Based on the connotation and function of catalytic theory,the study of traditional village vitality regeneration mechanism was explored in depth through spatial,functional and cultural catalytic methods by taking the ancient village of Banliang in Chenzhou city in Hunan province as an example.The results show as follows.(1)The main manifestations of the“deactivation”of Banliang ancient village are hollowing out of population,homogenization of landscape,fragmentation of landscape and mixing of architectural functions.(2)The three processes for regenerating the vitality of Banliang ancient village are analyzed.Under the spatial catalyst,the living standard is improved,the ecological landscape is optimized,and the tourism becomes an important means to drive the economic development of the village.Under the functional catalyst,the traditional architectural functions are adjusted,social interactions are gathered again,and the activity venues are increased and diversified.Under the cultural catalyst,the historical architecture and heritage are restored,and the spiritual cultural heritage is inherited,both of which present and play an important role in tourism.(3)According to the effect of the vitality regeneration of Banliang ancient village,the regulation mechanism of the village follow-up catalyst is constructed from perspectives of policy guidance,event guidance,industry guidance and construction guidance,in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of traditional villages.
