中控DCS控制系统在聚酯装置中的应用

摘要 基于中控ECS-700控制系统在聚酯装置项目中的应用,文章着重分析了聚酯装置特殊的应用环境。该装置采用直接酯化连续缩聚的五釜工艺流程,其中,五釜聚酯装置采用一头两尾工艺技术,并以PTA和EG为原料合成PET,主要化学反应包括酯化反应和缩聚反应。根据现场工艺要求,中控制定了完整的控制方案,最终实现了智能工厂的建设,同时实现了提质、降本、增效、安全和环保五大目标,为客户带来了卓越的综合效益。 Based on the application of the central control ECS-700 control system in the polyester plant project,the article focuses on analyzing the special application environment of the polyester plant.The device adopts a five reactor process of direct esterification and continuous polycondensation,in which the five reactor polyester device adopts a one head two tail process technology,and uses PTA and EG as raw materials to synthesize PET.The main chemical reactions include esterification reaction and polycondensation reaction.According to the on-site process requirements,center control control has developed a complete control plan,ultimately achieving the construction of an intelligent factory,while achieving five major goals:improving quality,reducing costs,increasing efficiency,safety,and environmental protection,bringing outstanding comprehensive benefits to customers.
