基于改进粒子群算法的配电网扩展规划研究

摘要 传统方法在配电网扩展规划中应用效果不佳,不仅扩展投资成本比较高,而且扩展后配电网节点电压波动比较大,无法实现预期的扩展效果,因此提出基于改进粒子群算法的配电网扩展规划研究。以扩展投资成本最小、配电网净负荷量最小为目标建立双层目标函数,将2个目标函数进行整合并建立配电网扩展规划模型,对配电网电压与潮流约束设定约束条件,利用改进后的粒子群算法对规划模型求解,输出最优规划策略,以完成基于改进粒子群算法的配电网扩展规划。实验证明,该设计方法扩展投资成本比较小,节点电压标么值接近1,电压波动比较小,扩展方案经济性与稳定性良好。 The traditional method is not effective in distribution network expansion planning,not only the expansion investment cost is relatively high,but also the voltage fluctuation of distribution network nodes after expansion is relatively large,which cannot achieve the expected expansion effect.Therefore,a distribution network expansion planning based on improved particle swarm optimization is proposed research.The two objective functions are integrated and the distribution network expansion planning model is established.Constraints are set on the voltage and power flow constraints of the distribution network.The improved particle swarm algorithm solves the planning model and outputs the optimal planning strategy to complete the distribution network expansion planning based on the improved particle swarm algorithm.Experiments show that the expansion investment cost of this design method is relatively small,the node voltage scale value is close to 1,the voltage fluctuation is relatively small,and the expansion scheme has good economy and stability.
