摘要
河南油田进入开发后期,老井挖潜改造越来越受到重视,为了充分利用濒临报废的井眼,油田引进老井侧钻与小套管悬挂二次固井技术,而此类井油层套管内径小,缺乏相应的修井工艺技术及井下工具,原有的井下作业方法和工具已不能有效地达到修井的目的,比较常规工艺,本文对小井眼解卡打捞技术进行分析与探讨。在实例应用中,下侧6-132井就是一口小套管悬挂井,由于前期施工造成管柱固卡,要求进行解卡打捞施工,这是河南油田第一次实施小井眼打捞施工,在施工中通过理论联系实际,最终成功打捞出小井眼内固卡的管柱与工具,为以后小井眼修井施工提供了参考经验。
Henan Oilfield has entered the later stage of development,and more and more attention has been paid to tapping the potential of old wells.In order to make full use of wellbore that are on the verge of being scrapped,the oilfield has introduced old well sidetracking and small casing hanging secondary cementing technologies.The inner diameter of the pipe is small,and there is a lack of corresponding workover technology and downhole tools.The original downhole operation methods and tools can no longer effectively achieve the purpose of well workover.Compared with conventional techniques,this paper analyzes and discusses the slim hole jam-free fishing technology.In the example application,well 6-132 on the lower side is a small casing hanging well.Due to the stuck pipe string caused by the early construction,it is required to carry out the jamming and salvage construction.Through combining theory with practice,the pipe string and tools stuck in the slim hole were finally successfully salvaged,which provided reference experience for future slim hole workover construction.
