EPC工程总承包模式在我国的逐渐普及,让越来越多企业参与到了EPC工程的管理,详细阐述了与传统施工总承包模式相比,EPC工程总承包模式的优势和缺点。
With the gradual popularization of EPC project general contracting mode in china,more and more enterprises have participated in the management of EPC projects.This paper elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of EPC project general contracting mode compared with traditional construction general contracting mode.
