基于数据分析的“双随机、一公开”消防监管模式现状调查及对策建议

Status Analysis and Countermeasures Study of“Double-Random-One-Open”Fire Control Supervision Model

推广“双随机、一公开”监管工作是国家“放管服”改革的一项重要举措,是消防部门创新监管方式的一项重要内容。基于对全国“双随机、一公开”消防监管信息系统运行数据的研判,客观深入地介绍“双随机、一公开”监管模式在消防监管工作中的运行现状,并分析存在的问题。从加强消防监督检查对象名录库和检查人员名录库建设,拓展“双随机、一公开”消防监管工作的范围,加强基层消防救援大队内部机构建设等方面提出了有针对性的对策和建议。

Promoting the supervision of“double-random-one-open”model is an important measure of the national reform of"decentralization,management and service",and an important part of the innovative supervision mode of the fire department.In this paper,the operation status,existing problems during fire control supervision with the"double-random-one-open"model was analyzed briefly,and the countermeasures and suggestions were purposefully proposed.
