Ir_(0.5)Ru_(0.5)O_(2-x)电解水催化剂的制备和性能研究

摘要 以三氯化铱、三氯化钌为主要原料,采用亚当斯-溶胶法制备催化剂粉体,采用喷涂法制备SPE电解水析氧阳极,研究复合析氧阳极材料的电化学性能。采用SEM、XRD和交流阻抗法等测试手段分别对催化剂表面形态、物相结构及膜电极的电化学性能进行表征。研究结果表明,随着柠檬酸的加入,催化剂颗粒有所降低。催化剂的最适宜烧结温度为600℃。Ir_(0.5)Ru_(0.5)O_(2-x)平均晶粒尺寸小于20 nm,使Ir_(0.5)Ru_(0.5)O_(2-x)催化剂在高电流密度下展现了优异的性能,电解电位为2V,电解电流达到300 mA/cm^(2)。
